As you probably guessed from the title, I crocheted some stuff a while ago but didn’t post pictures of them because I didn’t want to spoil the surprise. Since Christmas is over, I can post pictures of them now!!
(Quick side note: some of the pictures were taken on a phone camera, so sorry for the poor quality)
If you couldn’t tell, I took those pictures on an OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA! I don’t know how to remove that annoying text, so I guess it’s stuck there. π€¦ββοΈ
I’ve made wash cloths before, but this year was my first time ever making hand towels (see the first and last pictures). It was really fun to do, and I learned two new crochet stitches, granite stitch and crab stitch.
The washcloths are really fun to make, because they’re super easy and don’t take very much time.
The big hand towels were crocheted using this free pattern on MamaInAStitch.com. The knitted washcloths were made from a pattern on a yarn label. A very similar pattern is available for free here. If you want to make dishcloths, you should really use cotton yarn.
These pigs were made from a free pattern on StringyDingDing.com!
This dude was my favorite one to make. The pattern was really interesting, and overall super fun to crochet. I thought it’d end up being bigger, but it’s actually quite small, just a little under 5 inches/13 centimeters. The free pattern is available on AmiAmour.com.
And that’s everything! οΌοΏ£οΈΆοΏ£οΌ Which one was your favorite?
I hope you have a great rest of 2021, and see you next year!! ππ
